It was Labor Day over here but that does not mean the posts stop. Getting into Safe Mode on your Windows Mobile isn’t as straightforward on your desktop or laptop but thankfully there are softwares that fixes that. AirScanner’s Mobile SafeMode does just that but be careful though, because it’s still in alpha version.

Tuesday

To Charge or Not To Charge. That is a question on many an electronic user’s mind with the introduction of Li-Ion batteries. The manufacturers claim no more ‘memory effect’ but are they telling the truth? I decided to find out. I also reminded the readers that time was running out to participate in our very first prize giveaway.

Eten Blog dot Com’s first prize giveaway finally came to an end and it was a very interesting learning process for me. Winners of the giveaway were posted online and notified by email. I hope you enjoy your prizes. I also decided to make some blog updates by switching to FeedBurner for RSS feeds and replacing DoFollow with LinkLove.

Controlling your PDA from the computer is a task not many want to do due to the expensive software available out there. But with My Mobiler, that may soon be a thing of the past. Much more scaled down than its counterparts in terms of functions, this software still gets the job done and is worth checking out.

For those of you eagerly anticipating the partial solar eclipse on September 11, don’t forget to pack a copy of VITO’s AstroNavigator II. It’s recently updated and allows you to watch the event from wherever you are.
