Here’s some interesting news from other sites with regards to gadgets and technology. Let me know what you think.
- The Eten Glofiish X800 has hit stores. Well at least according to Latest-Mobile. I have still not seen the product page of the X800 on Eten’s official website but then again, it seems that it would just be a matter of time.
- Texas Instrument has come up with an in-built cellphone projector that allows for higher resolution while keeping devices small. Godsent? We’ll have to wait but in the mean time, here’s a sneak peek at the new device by Engadget.
- For those of you searching for a PDA phone that comes with GPS, I would definitely recommend the Eten Glofiish X500. But if you are looking on how to decide on one, this article by About Clock would be useful.
- Would you like to monitor your home from anywhere in the world? DansNetwork shows you just how you can can go about doing it for a reasonable price.
- Nick’s Techno Picks reviews the new Tom Tom Go 720. Pretty straightforward review on its new features but watch for the bonus feature at the end of it.
- Over at Tracy and Matt’s blog, they announced that HTC would be providing Over-The-Air ROM updates. Sounds cool but wouldn’t downloading a 50MB file (the normal size of HTC ROMs) through a PDA be slow?
- Sci Fi Tech recently a top 10 list on cool gadgets that you can own. Did they hit the mark? I guess it’s all a matter of opinion.
- It seems like more companies are jumping on the ‘Make Free Phone Calls’ bandwagon and Ooma is the latest one. Will they make it? I sure hope so.
- Some Random Blog (No kidding! That’s the name of the site) contemplates the future of mobile phones. A long read but some insightful points are highlighted.
