Every year, Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine comes up with a best of the best list of softwares in the Smartphone and Pocket PC categories. This year is no different. It’s a long thought-out process that starts in May and ends in November. Over this time frame, nominations are made and finally the winners are chosen.
