And its contents too. In a bid to make this blog more suitable to the niche that I am covering, some changes had to be made. The reason why so many of such sites are forum based is because it is easier for those seeking help to post their questions there. At Eten Blog dot Com however, while you could leave a comment, things tend to get a bit messy when too many topics are being covered in just one post. But those are all in the past now with these changes.

Top Tabs. I have minimized the tabs at the top to only 4. About introduces a reader (new and old) to the blog and how to go about getting what you need. Contact is a page for you to leave a comment if you need to contact me personally. Do use a valid email so that I can reply to you via email. Questions and Support are 2 new tabs which I have added to better help out the readers of this blog and they deserve their own section for elaboration. Pages closed, for questions and support, please use our Forum.

Questions. This is a page that handles all your questions about the device. It used to be called Q&A but because there were so many comments there, it got harder to follow the discussion. At this page, there are sub-pages. Look for the one with [Open] and leave your question in a comment in that sub page. At the moment, this is the page open for questions. Solutions will be provided in the same page as well so it is easier to keep track of your question. Once there are too many comments, then I will close the sub page and open a new one. The page Known Issues is now a sub page to Questions as well. Pages closed, for questions and support, please use our Forum.

Support. If a question you leave is too complicated, or could not be solved easily, then I will create a special sub page for you in this section. You will have your own page and the comments posted will be related to the question only. Once a solution is found, it will be posted at the end of the article so that those with similar problems will not have to read all the comments to get a solution. Questions that are in discussion will have the [Open] tag beside them while those that have been solved will have the [Closed] tag. You will not be able to leave comments once the question is closed so as to keep the thread clean. Pages closed, for questions and support, please use our Forum.

Contact. If you would like to contact me about something other than questions with your devices, feel free to leave a comment here. Use a valid email and I will get back to you via email. I had to remove the contact form because it was filling my mailbox with too much spam. Once I find a solution, I will put the form back up. In the mean time, this is the way to go.

Those are what I have been working on the last couple of days and hopefully these changes will provide another avenue for you to post your questions and get as many people to help out as possible. If you see a problem, feel free to post a solution as we are all here to help one another.
