There seems to be a crippling bug when it comes to WM2003. The add contact butting does nothing. No action whatsoever. (is it a trial limitation??) If not then this really needs to be sorted out. Maybe you can try to remove Windows Live Messenger and see if the contacts appears? That solved the problem for me. Hi Xavier
