Hi Jennifer

When I first started this shootout, I too was wondering what I should and should not include. When it came down to deciding, I felt that the most basic questions should be answered, anything more advanced could be included but I would have to consider, how many users would actually be interested in such advance features. When I saw that the default keyboard was the most popular choice among all the entries, it suggested that most of the users just wanted a SIP that works easily first and foremost. During my test, TouchPal had problems with accurate entries when typing fast. Even though I thought I had entered a character, it entered another character and it happened on quite a few occasions. As such, it did not rank as highly as one would thought.

I do agree that no matter how I rank the SIPs, there would always be disagreement due to different preferences. But I thank you for you input and hope that you will leave more comments to help improve future articles :D

This review should include more facts. I think a good sip is not just the facts listed above. It has to be more considarable, more innovative with great features. I personally love TouchPal most (I used to use PhonePad) given it's innovative. There is no SIP other than TouchPal provide great feature to help input assoicated word by simply swiping. It is really easy to input symbol on TouchPal, simply swipe. Love it~~~
