Forums @ Eten Blog dot Com
Nov 27th, 2007 by Tariq Bamadhaj
December was suppose to be the month that Eten Blog dot Com had it’s re-launch. There were big plans for it, including a redesign of the site as well as additional features. However, due to some problems, the relaunch had to be postponed to January 1st 2008. That being said, we have decided to go ahead with the improvements and workings of this site. There will still be a re-launch on January 1st 2008 but you don’t have to wait that long to start enjoying it.
For starters, the Forum has just been launched. Truth be told, had never planned for a forum as there were other great forums out there. However, we realized that a forum would be the best way to reach out to our readers and help them with their problems and at the same time, let them interact with one another. So now when you have a problem, don’t leave a comment on this blog. Instead, head over to our forum and start your own thread and we will reply to you there. If yousee a problem that you can solve, by all means reply to the thread as well and help each other out.
At the moment, you do not need to register to make posts but this might change, depending on the situation. We have set up some topics to cover what we think you would want to discuss but if there is something to be added, just let us know about it. We are still new to package and there might be problems here and there so do bear with us.
On top of that, there will be some cleaning up on the backend system over the next couple of weeks to make it easier for our readers to find what they are looking for on this blog. You might not notice any difference unless you are searching so this more of a functional project than anything else.
There are many other improvements that we are planning for this site as well and blog announcements will be made on the forums. This is so we can keep the blog for articles and the forum for discussion. We are still contemplating turning the comments off so all posts by readers can be made in the forums but are still undecided. If you have a suggestion, let us know about it.
We are also looking for contributors for this site. If you have a passion for Windows Mobile and/or Eten Glofiish devices, let us know about it.
