Google’s Android is set to make it’s debut this year and everyone is waiting with bated breath on the first protocol to be showcased. Knowing Google and the company behind the Open Handset Alliance, you know that this will definitely be a great platform with a lot of potential. Eten, unfortunately, is not part of the alliance but that does not mean that we can’t get the platform ported over.

Thanks to scaltro from Eten Users Forum (you can read the thread that started it all here), we now have a petition to get Google Android on our Eten Glofiish devices. Granted that this is a long shot but considering you just need to spend about 1 minute to fill up the form and all, it’s not too much to ask now is it? All you have to do is head over here to read and sign the petition. That’s all. Nothing complicated about it.

Best case scenario is that we get a new platform for our device. Worst case scenario is we continue using Window Mobile which is not that bad, thanks to developers with their great software.
