Here we go again with another round of great articles I found on the web:
- More videos of the Opera Mobile 9.5 When is this thing coming out?
- Do you have too many devices when you go out but not enough pockets to store them? Then this might be the long-awaited solution you are looking for. Weird stares included
- Do you know of any headset that’s great for noise cancellation? I have a pair of headphons which I got from Jabra that has great noise-cancellation but if you are looking for other recommendations, check these comment’s out.
- With Solid State Hard Drives increasing in capacity and is the case with SDHC, can the latter compete with the former? Make a not of your answer before checking out the answer.
- msmobiles.com has a lot of video interviews lately. There’s one where they interview Makayama company, one where they interview AIM Productions company, another interview with Spb Software House and another one with Access Japan (NetFront browser).
- Skip the line the next time you are out to the movies. Instead, buy them online and save yourself some lining up time. pocketnow.com has all the details on how you can do it and do it easily.
- Are you considering the Glofiish X650? Then you might want to check out this video review.
- Seems like everyone is getting it on with podcasts these days. Here’s WMExperts.
- What are some of the ways a Zune player and Windows Mobile can work better together? Read the suggestions and leave yours here.
- Are you always receiving business cards and wish you had an easier way to enter them into your address book? Well here’s a software where you can use the camera of your Pocket PC to help you with the process. You’ll need at least a 2MP camera which I think is what is available on most models today.
- There are still some WMC news from Werner which I did not cover in the previous Link Love but will do in this one. There’s one on audio, another on Bluetooth and two on web browsers (other one here) and not forgetting the chipsets. All informational as usual.
- Are you a victim of SMS spam? Well you are not alone.
- Do you want to upgrade to .NET CF 3.5 but worried that you would not get to use it’s full features? Well Microsoft has something to help you out, courtesy of MoDaCo.
- BlackBerry servers recently went down for the third time in 9 months. Could this be Microsoft’s chance to capitalize on their shortcomings?
- If you find weather applications too expensive but you still need one, why not build your own? It’s not easy but with this step by step guide, you could finally get one that works for you.
- No one knows when the Mobile Firefox will be out but here’s another proposal to keep you occupied until then.
- I’m always on the lookout for sync-ing options between Windows Mobile and Linux because I do plan to move to that platform one day. So far, my search has not really born any fruit. Until I read this and found some hope.
As usual, if you know of any interesting articles that should be in Link Love, feel free to let me know about it.

I’d rather wear a weight jacket and jog in order to lose some body fat
“this might be the long-awaited solution”
You are wrong
Search for “Gym Weight Vest” in Google, that is the solution
or you can always buy the jacket compatible with Call of Duty 4, which makes you feel the bullets as they enter your body
Thanks for the heads up Xavier. You always have these really cool suggestions for tech gear
“More videos of the Opera Mobile 9.5 When is this thing coming out? ”
I think we will be asking ourselves this question for quite some weeks to come!
Please include .NET CF 3.5 and the .NET configurator on the next cooked ROMs, I just installed the .NET CF 3.5 and the device still has the previous version because it’s included in the ROM and cannot be removed
it’s wasting valuable space
I am not sure if this is possible but I will let the developer know about it. At the moment, not many applications use 3.5 so it might still be too early to put it in.
All the applications can use the latest .NET because it’s backward compatible with older .NET versions, you just need to use the configurator program to force the latest .NET as the default. At least that’s what I understand by reading the MoDaCo message.
When someone asked to show youtube on that Opera Mobile 9.5 video, the guy doing the demo said that flash wasn’t included on that build of Opera, that makes me wonder why they didn’t included flash, maybe something isn’t working has expected in the flash part
Anyone thinks that the situation is a little strange ?
Maybe the version shown is an earlier build and that the other released will have it? At least from reading the press release again, it says that you will get Flash Lite 3 that supports sites such as YouTube.com. At this point, we can only speculate until the beta comes out.
I have high hopes for Opera Mobile 9.5, maybe you are right and the next releases will have the flash support
