Just a quick update: I have taken down the forums. It’s actually been down for a couple of days now because I took it down a couple of days back to try and fix it but apparently that was not possible so it’s now officially down. There were 2 reasons for the take down: the first was a good enough reason: it was not being fully utilized. I do appreciate the readers who use the forums to help others with problems but most of the time, it was me helping them out so I felt it was better if those with problems just drop me an email instead. Those who have great suggestions for anything to this site, feel free to email me as well.

The other reason was that the forum was not working properly. I do not know why but several users could not post, including me. And there seemed to be no solution to that. As a result, taking it down was the only option I had left.

I might consider putting it back up in the future if all the issues get sorted out and there’s a need for it but I think for the time being, this should be more than enough don’t you think?
